Registration is now open for vendors, exhibitors, and sponsors for the 2026 Society of Georgia Archivists Annual Meeting, taking place November 5-6, 2026, at the Gainesville Civic Center in Gainesville, Georgia.

In addition to our traditional exhibitor packages, we are excited to offer several new sponsorship opportunities that do not require conference attendance or an exhibit table. Organizations can support the meeting through session sponsorships, meal and event sponsorships, advertising opportunities, and other promotional options designed to increase visibility.

Registration for 2 people. Table in exhibit/vendor hall for 2 days. Business name listed in program.

Folder 3 – Exhibitor Plus Package for Non-Profits ($500)

Registration for 2 people. Table in exhibit/vendor hall for 2 days. Business name listed in program.

Folder 4 – Exhibitor Day Pass ($300)

Registration for 1 person. Table in exhibit/vendor hall for 1 day (please specify date).

Folder 5 – Exhibitor Day Pass for Non-Profits ($200)

Registration for 1 person. Table in exhibit/vendor hall for 1 day (please specify date).

Series 2 – Meeting/Session Sponsorships

Folder 1 – Reception Sponsor ($1,000)

Sponsorship acknowledgement during the Nov 5 reception. Includes time to speak with the audience, if requested. Does not include a vendor table; please contact the vendor coordinator for full arrangements.

Folder 2 – Break Sponsor ($500)

Sponsorship acknowledgement during a conference 30-minute break. Includes time to speak with the audience, if requested. Does not include a vendor table; please contact the vendor coordinator for full arrangements.

Folder 3 – Workshop/Pre-Conference Session Sponsor (Custom)

Sponsor a pre-conference workshop or session. Please contact the vendor coordinator for details.

Series 3 – Event/Meal Sponsorships

Folder 1 – Breakfast Sponsor ($500)

Sponsorship acknowledgement during breakfast on Nov 5 or Nov 6 (please specify date).

Folder 2 – Coffee Cart/Station Sponsor ($200–300)

All-day branded coffee/beverage station.

Series 4 – Off-Site/Non-Table Support

Folder 1 – Program Advertiser ($100)

Advertisement on the program or other agreed-upon media.

Folder 2 – Presence Sponsor Package ($150; +$75 each additional item)

Acknowledgement at SGA’s registration table/check-in with flyers or other advertisement products provided by you, plus choice of one branded item (sponsor supplies materials): lanyards, tote/conference bags, name badge logo insert, etc.

Folder 3 – Custom Sponsorship (Contact the Vendor Coordinator)

Newsletter/Email Ad – Feature in an SGA member email blast.
Website Banner Sponsor – Logo placement on the Annual Meeting page for an agreed period.
Raffle/Door Prize Donor – In-kind donation with acknowledgement from the podium.
