- Larry Gulley Scholarship: Waives registration fees at the annual Fall Meeting, provides monetary supplement for expenses associated with attending the annual Fall Meeting, and provides a year's membership in SGA
- Carroll A. Hart Scholarship: Provides noncredit tuition for the Georgia Archives Institute, and a year's membership in SGA
- David B. Gracy II Award: Annual cash prize recognizing a superior contribution to Provenance: Journal of the Society of Georgia Archivists
Nominating and voting rights governing the election of Executive Board members and approval of major policy initiatives

Membership Rates

Membership in SGA is based on the calendar year. SGA accepts new member applications until October 1 for the current year.

Student	$10.00	Basic membership for full-time students only. Proof of full-time enrollment required. (2 year limit)
Individual	$25.00	Basic membership category for one person. Includes all of the benefits listed above.
Couple	$30.00	Basic membership for domestic partners residing at the same home address who each want full membership benefits without receiving two copies of SGA publications.
Contributing	$35.00	Includes basic membership for one person and provides opportunities for increasing levels of support for SGA programs.
Sustaining	$50.00	Includes basic membership for one person and provides opportunities for increasing levels of support for SGA programs.
Patron	$100.00 or more	Includes basic membership for one person and provides opportunities for increasing levels of support for SGA programs.
