  • Description: An exhibit of musical recordings, antique instruments, vintage turntables, 8 track players and reel-to-reel tape recorders. Hear recordings by Smyrna church and community choruses. Bring in a cassette and get a copy of a 78 rpm album from the collection. Local musicians and composers are encouraged to donate original scores.

The Impression May Never Be Effaced: Women's Personal Narratives as Historical Record

  • Description: Please join Francis Smith Foster, Charles Howard Candler Professor of English and Women's Studies, and Dr. Jennifer Bernhardt Steadman, Visiting Assistant Professor in the Institute for Women's Studies, for an enlightening discussion on working with women's personal narratives in historical and literary studies. An exhibit of selected diaries and journals will be on display at a reception following the symposium.

Buddy Sullivan Shares McIntosh County History

Julius Lindsay Schaub Papers and Photographs
